Return & Refund Policy
At Perfume Cartel, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, seals, and any accompanying items must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Return Shipping & Pickup
Return shipping is on us. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup from your address through our courier partners at no cost to you. You do not need to pay any return shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account after we process it.
